Chris is a recognised Exercise Physiologist and is the current member of Exercise and Sport Science Australia. He has a keen interest and vast experience in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries as well as strength and conditioning programs & V02 Max testing. Chris has previously lectured at Australian Catholic University for the Masters of Exercise Physiology as well as presenting for Sports Medicine Australia and Sydney University. He is a Strength and Conditioning coach for the North Sydney Bears in the NSW Cup and has also assisted companies such as TNT implement programs to minimise workplace injuries.

Chris’ interests also lie in the development of evidenced based lifestyle programs with a focus on weight loss/management, optimising resistance training, and implementing cardiorespiratory endurance programs. Chris also consults for sporting coaches in various sporting events including athletics, soccer, rugby league and cricket. He has run successful group diabetes services and has a strong passion developing self-managed exercise programs for diabetes management and prevention. He has experience working in the WorkCover NSW system, developing function based return to work programs with great success.

In his spare time Chris continues to exercise and follows the football and cricket.
