About Dilki . . .

Dilki’s passion to help people, mixed with her own personal experience around injury rehabilitation and passion for sport, drove her to pursue Exercise Physiology as a career. Growing up, Dilki played tennis competitively and is still very passionate about the sport, along with cricket, AFL and NRL.

Since graduating Dilki has worked in public health, specialising in exercise therapy for patients with mental illnesses. As an Exercise Physiologist, Dilki is interested in seeing a large variety of clients, whether it be to manage a client’s injury rehabilitation or to enhance the quality of life in cancer patients. Exercise therapy in regards to women’s health and cancer are two areas that Dilki is interested in exploring further.

Dilki’s believes that a large part of being an Exercise Physiologist is to be a strong advocate for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle and to ensure her patients see exercise not as a burden but as a positive experience that can enhance their overall wellbeing.
