Josiah provides a holistic treatment approach identifying physical, social and emotional barriers to rehabilitation, and strives to develop achievable functional goals to allow his clients to return to their sport, job or lifestyle as soon as possible.
Josiah currently runs our group exercise programs and works with a wide range of chronic health conditions assisting his clients to improve their health and functional abilities.
